In 1954, Fred Mathis founded Mathis Realty Inc. in North Augusta, South Carolina on a belief as simple and enduring as the land itself. He understood something that most people don't — that land isn't just property. It's legacy. It's security. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
Fred built this company the old-fashioned way — with a handshake, a deep knowledge of the land, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by every client he served. That standard has never changed.
His son Andy Mathis carried the torch forward as Owner of Mathis Realty Inc., growing the company while honoring everything his father stood for. And then came the next chapter — Lauren Muns, Andy's daughter, who founded Riverstone Realty to bring that same heritage into a new era with modern tools, wider reach, and the same family heart.

Son of founder Fred Mathis, Andy has carried his father's legacy with integrity and dedication. As Owner of Mathis Realty Inc., he has built on the foundation Fred laid in 1954 and guided the company through decades of growth — always with family and faith at the center.
Andy's daughter and the third generation of this family's real estate legacy, Lauren founded Riverstone Realty to bring her family's 70-year heritage into a new era. Married to Gregory Muns, Lauren is a mother of four — Taylor, Kinsley, Sebastian, and Sophia — and brings faith, family, and passion to everything she does.
Lauren's eldest daughter, Taylor carries the family legacy into the fourth generation. Licensed in real estate and married to Henry Garrett, Taylor brings energy, dedication, and the same family values that have defined this company since 1954 to every client she serves.
Lauren's daughter Kinsley, married to Garrett Hunt, is part of the fourth generation of this remarkable family legacy. The Mathis-Muns family continues to grow — and so does the team that serves you.
